E-commerce continues to grow rapidly, becoming an integral part of the current business landscape. However, some individuals may face barriers when shopping online, especially those with visual or reading difficulties. The VOX project addresses this issue by offering an innovative solution to make online stores accessible to everyone.
This project was developed during a hackathon and introduces VOX - an innovative WhatsApp chatbot that makes any type of e-commerce accessible. VOX can read e-commerce websites and perform shopping tasks through voice commands, providing an inclusive and convenient shopping experience for users.
